About Dr. Solecki
Dr. Solecki is a McGill Method Certified Practitioner. The six tier principles that he encompasses are designed scientifically to reduce the risk of low back pain, improve the ability to function day to day, increase performance, decrease stress and improve perceived mood and recovery. All training are one on one sessions involving an intricate history taking, functional movement assessment to develop the correct strategies to enhance and promote healing.
As a McGill Method Certified Practitioner the ability to assist clients in identifying pain triggers, develop a whole body stability training program and progress each individual from a strength and performance outcome are the cornerstone of the process. Optimizing physical outcomes through strength training, proper exercise programming and nutrition are deeply rooted in the infrastructure of the program.

At Solecki Strength we offer a Prong System that encompasses the McGill Method, Gray Institute, Functional Movement Systems, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. With these specialty certifications, my diplomate status with the ACRB and ACBSP, and my Doctorates in Chiropractic and Exercise Science the Prong System can be excellent at finding the appropriate physical medicine that works for you.
